First Internet Plebiscite
This poll has 10 questions.There are four choices of answers. The first choice is a 1.POSITIVE response- which means “True”, “I agree” “That’s right”, etc. The second choice will be a 2.NEGATIVE response- and that means “False”, “I disagree”, “That’s wrong.”, etc. The third choice will be 3.NEW LIBERTARIANS SUGGESTED response. This could be called our “Biased” response. This is the one we hope you would pick, but it’s only one of four choices. The fourth choice is 4.NULL response. That can mean “Both”, “Neither”,”That’s an unfair question”, “I don’t like the question”, “I refuse to answer that question”,”no opinion”,”don’t care”, “skip this question” or ANY OTHER response not offered by the first three choices. In order for us to properly process your poll, you MUST ANSWER each question, because your answers will create a digital code of 0’s and 1’s in precise sequential order.
Your “donation” of digital currency (to be specified- Bitcoin, perhaps, or another- perhaps our own Libertarium cryptocurrency) will be an exact amount to 5 decimal places (24 bits?), which will be less than $10 US, of which we will refund (minimum) $1 less than that exact amount. What this allows is for us to offer you the opportunity to take the poll for less than $1, and safely encrypt your responses by “hitchhiking” on a digital currency’s blockchain ledger.
This pays the expenses of putting on and posting the results of the poll, and also deters hackers from trying to “buy” our poll, because they have to invest (up to) $10 in each attempt, and if we detect fraud we can refuse to refund their money. In addition, your e-mail address, your location ID (in USA, your Zip Code) and blockchains’s time-stamp makes it difficult and expensive to hack us without our immediately detecting it.
